Services:

• Submit property profiles, direct bill agreements, and photos to the retail travel sites with which you do not have a current agreement (as needed). In addition, IHM will contact those companies with which you have a current agreement and notify them of your participation in our program.
• Follow up on the progress and check for data entry errors once loaded. 
• Setup the extranet user ID’s and passwords for your property with each of the contracted sites. 
• Manage the inventory via the extranet and assist with all content, pricing strategies, page placement, and promotions. 
• Transmit all 3rd party direct bill invoices for scheduled net 30 day payment. 
• Act as a liaison for any accounting issues that may arise between your property and the selling sites (i.e. past due invoices, unpaid room nights, etc.) 
• Track all sales and utilization for billing and provide you with an itemized report at the end of each month. 
• Bill your property at the end of each month for rooms already utilized via mail and/or fax on a net 15-day basis. IHM will only track and bill the sales that are generated after your contract date.

   Note: All sales will be routed directly to the hotel for confirmation and entry.
