Bruce Leaver is a well respected 27-year veteran of the hospitality and travel industry. Bruce was Director of Sale for Marriott Corporation as well as the Tremont House Hotel in Boston. From 1992 - 2004 Bruce was General Manager of The Best Western Boston-Inn at Longwood Medical. The Best Western Inn at Longwood Medical is a 3 diamond 161 rooms property with a 175-seat restaurant and 5,300 square feet of convention space. Bruce was responsible for increasing the revenues from $6.2 million in 1996 to $11.4 million in 2002 and increased the net operating profit from $1.2 million in 1996 to $4.0 million in 2004. Bruce also conducted feasibility, due diligence, and market analysis, resulting in the purchase of the hotel by owner. Union Hotel.

In September 2004 Bruce became Managing Partner and owner of the 105 room Best Western Adams Inn- Quincy Massachusetts. The full service hotel has a fifty seat Pub, 4000 square feet of indoor meeting space, 4200 square feet of outdoor function space. Boat dock and Gazebo. Bruce was responsible for increasing revenues from $2.6 million at year end 2004 to $4.4 million at Year end 2008. Responsible for the Sales, Marketing, and Property Operations. Lead Comp Set on STR report 2 consecutive years. Set included Marriott Courtyard, Doubletree Club, Hampton, and Holiday Inn.

Bruce is very active in various Hospitality organizations and in 2008 was President of Skal International Boston and currently sits on the Board of Directors/Executive Committee for the Massachusetts Lodging Association.
