Sean Kane is Director of Operations for Investors Hospitality Management (“IHM”), the USA’s first sustainable third-party management company. Kane’s scope of work continues to expand with the growth of IHM throughout California (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Monterey Peninsula), Arizona (Flagstaff, Yuma) and Oklahoma (Tulsa). Kane oversees fiduciary responsibilities for IHM’s hotel owners by constant oversight of general managers, front desk, marketing, sales and line staff. Liaising with FIT reps and CVBs, Kane also ensures the “green” component includes two dimensions: environmental sensitivity and revenue generation.

2008 presenter at Penton and Pineapple Hospitality’s Dallas “Green Hospitality Conference”, Kane’s cumulative career spans financial, commercial real estate specialist and consultant, most recently for American Hotel Motel Brokers. During Kane’s five-year tenure with AHMB, he successfully developed and launched an E-Commerce policy with the goal of maximizing AHMB’s client base; increasing market share; managing redesign and launch of AHMB’s web site including the launch of the company blog; increasing Network Membership; developing and successfully coordinating nationally- recognized hospitality convention/trade shows.

A motivational leader and multimillion-dollar producer, Kane is an Arizona-licensed Real Estate Agent with an educational background in business and political science from the University of Southern Maine.
