Frank Cicci, Owner of NASCAR’s Green Racing Team, selected IHM/GreenHotelBookings for the 2010 contract because NASCAR was looking for a “gender neutral and green business suitable for reachout to families who support the races. Throughout 2009, IHM has managed thirty-four hotels throughout the USA from Oklahoma City to Los Angeles; developed relationships with financial institutions repositioning their distressed property inventory; cultivated property-specific, budget-targeted, design-oriented and environmentally-sound relationships with suppliers; and expanded IHM’s portfolio to include Receivership Services.
