IHM is the USA’s first GREEN third party hospitality investment and management company that operates in the budget, mid-market and deluxe sectors using brands licensed from Wyndham, Choice, Best Western and America’s Best Value Inn as well as independent hotels and a suite of international private luxury estates and villas.

IHM is owned solely by John Glen DiGuiseppe, President/CEO. Ray Burger is Chief Sustainability Officer.

IHM’s portfolio comprises company-owned, limited service hotels; joint-venture properties; leased hotels; and third-party management contracts.

Our recent award is the contract for The Hotel on Mt. Charleston Las Vegas, NV November 1, 2007.
